Are you happy to be captured in photos and videos?

During the festival we will be capturing imagery for use on our website and social media and for providing to press and partners for specific reference to this event. Are you happy to feature in these images? If not, we will provide you with a wrist band upon arrival and we will do our best to avoid capturing you at all, and will delete images of you if these are accidentally taken.

The data collected in this booking form will be used by Alpine Hearts for the purpose of organising the festival in 2025 and possible future iterations. It may be aggregated and anonymised for reporting to partners. Your individual personal data will never be shared. I agree to these uses of the provided data.

Please confirm you accept our Refund policy

We know that plans change so we want to offer you a reasonable cancellation policy! Please read and confirm that you have understood the cancellation terms below. You can cancel your booking for free for the first 48 hours after booking is confirmed. Cancellations made 21 days or more in advance of the event date, i.e. before July 31st, will receive a 50% refund. After July 31st, we will not be able to offer any refunds in general. However, in the case of unavoidable emergencies, such as illness of yourself or a family member, jury duty, travel restrictions, etc., please write us an email directly. If you are unable to attend the event at short notice, we recommend joining our WhatsApp Community group and trying to transfer your ticket.
